After selecting the appropriate design package, completing the "Client Questionnaire" and confirming "Terms and Conditions" it's time to take the measurements of the interior and send them to me along with photos. To make it easier for you and me, you can write down the individual dimensions using different colours, for example:
Measurements of the length, widths and height of the room , doors and windows in one colour e.g. red
Electrical installation points such as sockets, switches and heating in a different colour e.g. green
Other elements on the wall in another colour e.g. blue
When noting down the dimensions please use CM or MM!
Then please scan and send them to the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org or via the "Client Questionnaire".
Draw a plan of the room, measure and impose all lengths and widths. Sign each wall e.g. wall A, wall B, and so on. Draw radiators and other items such as windows and doors in the right places. Also be sure to measure any permanent elements such as bookshelves, fireplaces, etc.
Then draw all views of the walls separately by signing them e.g. wall A, wall B, etc., Take a picture of each wall, preferably in daylight. Instead of drawing each wall, you can also to write down the dimensions on the photos in the same way as on the drawings.
Show where the light switches, power outlets, security systems, speakers, heating control panels, meter boards, switch boards, wall lights, pendants, recessed light fittings and any other item that you see necessary. Show this on your sketch that you have drawn.
Important: In the case of unusual rooms, with bevels or numerous niches, follow the same way or preferably put all dimensions on the photos taken, along with useful information.
If necessary, we will contact you to clarify or make up for the missing dimensions.
For rooms such as the bathroom or kitchen, where there are important connections, measure them from the end of the wall to the centre of the connection, while the height from the floor also to the centre of the connection point. Mark the electrical points with a different colour to plumbing points.
BATHROOM. A sloped ceiling, points of electrical installation and sewerage system.
